1. The $99 web page design is strictly 1 page. Should additional pages be needed, you must upgrade to the 4 page site.

2. Free six month hosting for one page sites is for hosting under:

   http://www.ebuyme.com/yourcompany or http://directory.EbuyMe.com/yourcompany

   If you wish to have a domain name with the 1 page site, then Hosting fees would be $19.95 per month. (Standard Hosting Plan)

3. The $99 web page has no FTP access to clients for changes of content. Only EbuyMe designer can do so: Rate $65 per hour.

4. Only the 4 page web sites can contain an SSL order form. The SSL Key must be registered to client's domain name, which EbuyMe can do on their behalf. EbuyMe will generate the key for one time fee of $199.

5. Clients are able to have FTP access to change content to a 4 page site only if the site is using a unique domain name: (www.yourcompany.com).

6. Any 4 page sites listed under the EbuyMe Directory will not be provided client FTP access to change content. Only EbuyMe designer can do so: Rate $65 per hour.

7. Clients who choose to have thier own e-mail account can choose to retrieve their mail directly from EbuyMe or have their e-mail link forwarded to an exisiting email account (ISP).

8. A EbuyMe Designer will use their expertise in deciding the ultimate layout of your content to ensure minimal download time and speedy navigation.

9. Any corrections that may need to be made to your content must be submitted to EbuyMe within 1 week of initial completion and viewing of your site. If no corrections are submitted, then the site will be considered complete and will go live.
